Shipping:
We currently deliver orders all over India. Free shipping is applicable on orders above INR 2999. A nominal charge of INR 99 is levied on orders below INR 2999. Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours (except furniture and custom items) and delivered within 3-6 working days from dispatch. You will receive an e-mail and SMS once your order has been shipped which will include details of the shipping provider and tracking number. You can track your shipment in "Your Orders" or by visiting the website of the shipping provider.
Returns:
We hope you love your Pinklay merchandise! That said, in the rare instance that you are not satisfied with your purchase, kindly contact customer care within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise for an exchange or refund. Please ensure that the merchandise is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. You can request for a reverse pickup for a nominal amount via customer care or choose to ship the product to our facility using any reputable courier that offers a tracking number. All items must be received by our warehouse within 10 working days of requesting the return in order to qualify for return/exchange.
Exceptions:
1. Merchandise bought during the sale period or on sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
2. We do not accept returns or exchanges on infant merchandise for hygiene reasons.
3. We do not accept returns or exchanges on ceramics, canopy, furniture, gift cards, and customized items.
Furniture:
Our furniture is carefully crafted and packed to ensure you receive a defect-free and damage-free product. That said, in the rare case of a damage/defect, please notify customer care immediately after unboxing the furniture. We will assess the nature of damage/defect, and provide an appropriate solution.
Refunds:
For all pre-paid orders, we offer the option of a store credit that is redeemable on our website or refund back in the original mode of payment (shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable). For COD orders, the refund is issued in the form of a store credit redeemable on our website.
