In a nutshell:

Create visual concepts and communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate our customers.

What you will be doing:

  1. 1) Manage the end-to-end design elements of our website and customer-facing channels
  2. 2) Create compelling artwork for our newsletters, social media handles, ads, and marketing materials
  3. 3) Ideate and research on new themes to inform our upcoming design collections
  4. 4) Create design concepts – from sketch to production – that inform our product pipeline
  5. 5) Support artisans and production teams on the execution of the design elements
  6. 6) Act as the design champion in the office and a go-to-resource for the team

What you need to be good at:

  1. 1) Thinking out of the box and not being afraid to push conventional design boundaries
  2. 2) Understanding of different colour palettes, design surfaces, textures, shapes, etc.
  3. 3) Hands-on experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, and other design tools
  4. 4) A strong eye for visual composition, story-telling, and creating a visual narrative
  5. 5) Energetic, agile, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

What you will be doing:

  1. 1) Actively manage customer conversations across online and offline channels in a timely manner
  2. 2) Answer questions, resolve issues, improve credibility, and nurture customer relationships
  3. 3) Reach out and build personal rapport with our key customers to drive repeat sales
  4. 4) Coordinate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns
  5. 5) Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer outreach programs
  6. 6) Collect and internally mobilize customer feedback to improve the service experience

What you need to be good at:

  1. 1) Articulate and be able to get your point across that is both straightforward and intelligible
  2. 2) Patient and comfortable tackling difficult service issues – ending conversations on a high note
  3. 3) Emotional intelligence and ability to read between the lines and understand customer concerns
  4. 4) Stay organized and prioritize day-to-day tasks to drive productivity and efficiency
  5. 5) Energetic, agile, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Partner with online marketplaces and offline stores to drive channel sales and brand visibility.

What you will be doing:

  1. 1) Manage partner relationships with online marketplaces and offline retail stores
  2. 2) Responsible for the achievement of channel revenues and meeting of set growth targets
  3. 3) Maintain online listings and update products, prices, etc. in a timely manner
  4. 4) Ensure brand visibility on platforms through organic and paid promotions, campaigns, etc.
  5. 5) Build a strong rapport with channel account managers to meet target objectives
  6. 6) Explore new online and offline partnerships to increase brand reach and visibility
  7. 7) Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of partner orders
  8. 8) Stay up-to-date on channel partner policies and pivot strategy as necessary
  9. 9) Reconcile revenues and partner payments for all channel sales on a monthly basis
  10. 10) Collect and analyze data, and make informed decisions basis it that drive channel sales

What you need to be good at:

  1. 1) Have a sales mind-set and be comfortable taking ownership of growth targets
  2. 2) Can build and manage relationships across a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders
  3. 3) Comfortable analysing and interpreting numbers to make informed decisions
  4. 4) Stay organized and prioritize day-to-day tasks to drive productivity and efficiency
