We're looking for an energetic, process driven, analytical accountant with attention to detail and accuracy to join our young but fast growing digital first lifestyle brand. This role is a combination of finance and business intelligence. You must be willing to work in a paced environment of a growing business in collaboration with various functions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all accounting operations including Invoicing, GST filling, taxation, etc.
  • Manage month and year-end close processes and prepare timely financial statements.
  • Manage inventory & COGS accounting including reconciliation of inventory accounts.
  • Support preparation of yearly budgets and quarterly review.
  • Perform financial reviews with functional departments, provide actionable insights and follow-up to implementation.

Weโ€™re looking for a sharp, hands-on Growth Manager who has directly run and scaled mid to large-budget performance marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has deep experience in Meta and Google Ads, understands the nuances of creative testing, messaging, and targeting, and has grown D2C fashion brands with multi-crore ad spends.


Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing Execution

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
  • Manage multi-crore annual budgets with focus on ROI, CAC, and LTV.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, messaging, and landing pages.
  • Develop and implement creative testing frameworks to identify winning formats.

    Growth Strategy & Scaling
  • Build media plans to aggressively scale DTC fashion campaigns while maintaining efficiency.
  • Identify new audience cohorts and refine targeting/retargeting strategies.
  • Test and adopt new ad formats, betas, and growth hacks.

    Analytics & Reporting
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CAC).

    Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with the creative team on ad concepts, ensuring alignment with performance goals.

    Tool & Platform Mastery
  • Hands-on use of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and attribution tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, GA4).
  • Familiarity with Shopify/other DTC platforms and tracking integrations.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of direct hands-on experience running performance campaigns (Meta & Google).
  • Proven track record of scaling DTC brands (fashion/lifestyle preferred).
  • Experience managing large annual ad budgets.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Deep understanding of A/B testing, funnel optimization, and attribution modeling.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
