We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on Growth Manager who has directly run and scaled mid to large-budget performance marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has deep experience in Meta and Google Ads, understands the nuances of creative testing, messaging, and targeting, and has grown D2C fashion brands with multi-crore ad spends.


Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing Execution

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
  • Manage multi-crore annual budgets with focus on ROI, CAC, and LTV.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, messaging, and landing pages.
  • Develop and implement creative testing frameworks to identify winning formats.

    Growth Strategy & Scaling
  • Build media plans to aggressively scale DTC fashion campaigns while maintaining efficiency.
  • Identify new audience cohorts and refine targeting/retargeting strategies.
  • Test and adopt new ad formats, betas, and growth hacks.

    Analytics & Reporting
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CAC).
  • Generate weekly/monthly growth dashboards with actionable insights.
  • Use data to refine spend allocation across channels and campaigns.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with the creative team on ad concepts, ensuring alignment with performance goals.
  • Collaborate with brand and product teams to align campaigns with launches, sales, and seasonality.

    Tool & Platform Mastery
  • Hands-on use of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and attribution tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, GA4).
  • Familiarity with Shopify/other DTC platforms and tracking integrations.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of direct hands-on experience running performance campaigns (Meta & Google).
  • Proven track record of scaling DTC brands (fashion/lifestyle preferred).
  • Experience managing large annual ad budgets.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Deep understanding of A/B testing, funnel optimization, and attribution modeling.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
