COVID_19: A Message from Pinklay CEO

Dear Customers,

I hope you are staying indoors and safe. 

I wanted to update you of a few measures that we have taken to keep our staff, weavers, artisans, and customers safe.

1. In view of COVID-19 advisory, our store will remain closed until further notice; however our warehouses, production units, and office are working on skeletal capacity. We have resumed deliveries to select pincodes that fall in the Green and Orange zones; for orders with pincodes that fall in the Red Zone, we are continuing to hold the dispatch of your order until such time as the government allows movement of non-essential items to your pincode.
   
   
2. You can continue to shop online on www.pinklay.com without a worry. Our customer service staff and styling experts are available to answer all your queries through our online chat, WhatsApp, phone, etc.
   
   
3. Those of you who have already placed orders with us, there is absolutely nothing to worry. We have stocks, your pieces are reserved, and will be shipped at the soonest stable opportunity.
   
   
4. It's absolutely safe to shop with us. All our product, packaging, and delivery teams follow cleanliness protocols, which has only been strengthened further in the last few days. Our teams are working remotely to help you, and get you your orders as soon as possible. However, given that most services including that of our courier partners are facing a partial shutdown, there will be delays. We will keep you informed about it via email and WhatsApp.
   
   
5. Our teams at HQ and artisans won’t be impacted financially for now; we will continue paying all our staff including the day wage staff as long as possible. We won’t terminate any contracts during this time.
   
   
6. Finally, you have always been a huge source of support and encouragement for us. In these unprecedented times, once again, we rely on your understanding and cooperation. Please bear with us if your order gets delayed. Know that we are doing our best to sail through this as smoothly as possible.
